摘要
介绍中国石油润滑油基础油生产能力、原油资源及工艺特点,酮苯脱蜡、糠醛精制、白土补充精制、高压加氢基础油生产技术现状。针对加氢法生产的Ⅱ/Ⅲ类润滑油基础油将取代传统工艺生产的Ⅰ类润滑油基础油的发展趋势,提出利用加氢裂化尾油采用加氢异构脱蜡工艺生产Ⅱ/Ⅲ类润滑油基础油的全加氢工艺,加氢裂化尾油与老三套结合生产HVI高粘度指数基础油,是中国石油润滑油基础油升级换代发展方向。
The production capacity, crude resource and technique characteristics of lube base oil in PetroChina, and the production situation of ketone - benzol dewaxing, furfural refining, clay finishing and high -pressure hydrotreating lube base oil,are introduced. Based on the trend that GRⅡ /Ⅲ lube base oils produced by hydrotreating will replace GR I lube base oil produced by traditional process, the suggestion on using the full hydrogen technology to produce GRⅡ /Ⅲ lube base oils from hydrocracked tail oil with hydroisodewaxing process are given. It is the development trend of lube base oil upgrading in PetroChina to produce the HVI lube base oil by the combination of hydrocracked tail oil with the old three set.
