摘要
2001年兰州石化分公司进行了以采用对环境友好的糠醛精制工艺生产变压器油为目的的技术改造,介绍了装置改造中的设计特点,探讨了萃取及溶剂回收系统优化设计的几个问题,工业生产表明:采用PG-Ⅱ型高效填料、塔底后冷抽析、多效蒸发等工艺技术取得了良好效果,产品收率、质量均达到了设计指标要求,解决了原工艺的酸渣、碱渣对环境的污染问题,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
For protecting environment, the reform of producing transformer oils with furfural refining was performed by Lanzhou Petrochemical Branch in 2001. The design characteristic of unit reform and the optimized design of extraction and solvent recovery system were discussed. The industrial production showed that the satisfied results had been obtained by adopting some techniques like FG- Ⅱ high efficiency filler,the tower bottom's oil cooling and separating as well as the multiple effect evaporation etc. The yield and quality of products reached the requirements of design index, solving the problems of pollution arosed by acid residue and alkali residue,obtaining the better economic and social benefits.
