Research on Modification Phenol-formaldehyde Resin for Casting

合成了铸造用改性酚醛树脂 ,以此作为粘结剂 ,制备了树脂覆膜砂 ,并对其各项性能进行检测 ,检测结果符合 ZBG3 90 0 -89标准 。

The modification phenol formaldehyde resin for casting was synthesized.The resin coated sand can be prepared by this phenol formaldehyde adhesive.The properties of the coated sand were determined,whose results reached the standard of ZBG39005 89.The factors influencing the properties of the resin and the sand were also discussed.
