摘要
在一定长度的管线两端安装传感器 ,测量出由于漏油而产生的负压力波 ,根据负压力波传到两传感器的时间差计算出漏点的位置。由于考虑了负压力波在传输介质中的传播速度与温度的关系 ,使漏点定位更加准确。该系统采用了流量与压力联合判断法 ,排除了电磁、调泵、调阀而产生的信号干扰 ,误判率大大降低。采用了 GPS卫星定位系统统一了各测点的基准时间 ,使负压力波传到管线两端的时间差的测量准确无误 ,利用电话线传输各测点的信息 ,减少了系统的成本。
Using two sensors set at each side of a certain long oil pipe line,we can position the spilling point with the propagation time difference of the negative pressure wave caused by spillage,which can be more exactly when considering the relation between its propagation velocity and temperature in different mediums in this system.Also,the effects of flow and pressure are taken into account to exclude the signal disturbed by electromagnetism,debugging of pumps and valves,and reduce the error rate greatly.The Global Position System (GPS) guarantees the unity of the reference time in all monitoring places,which contributes to the exact results of time defference calculation;and the phone line to transmit information is available in cost cutting.Therefore,the system is of great economic and social benefit and worth extending.
