The Running Patterns and Operational Mechanism of the Higher Professional Education in Germany

通过对德意志联邦共和国的考察 ,认为重视实践训练和与企业结合是德国职业教育的主要特征 ;中、高职教育的有机衔接是建立职业教育体系的重要环节 ;法律与政策的建立与实施是职业教育快速发展的可靠保障 ;职业技术教育是终身教育的有机组成部分。这种办学模式和运行机制的建立是德国高等职业教育取得成功的重要保证。

Through the investigation in Germany,the four factors mentioned below are considered vital to the success of the higher professional education there.It takes the practical training and the combination with enterprises as its main characteristic;the perfect continuity between middling and higher professional education,and the relative laws and policies ensure its establishment and development;professional and technological education is indispensable to life education.
