铅-桑色素-曲通x-100荧光光度法的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文对铅-桑色素-非离子表面活性剂曲通x-100荧光体系进行了系统研究。结果表明:在曲通x-100存在下,pH3.40-3.60范围内,铅与桑色素形成荧光配合物(λ_ex/λem=426nm/506nm),检出下限为2X10^(-3)μg/ml,铅量在0-16μg/25ml范围内与荧光强度成正比。铅量为0.2μg/ml时,作11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.37%,比较了不同表面活性剂及有机溶剂对荧光反应的影响,并对其作用机理作了初步探讨。 A study of fluorescence of the pb (11)-Morin system in the presence of the non -ionic surfactant Triton x- 100 at pH3. 0-pH3. 6 has been made. The fluorescence maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of the pb-Morin-Triton x-100 system are 426 and 506 nm respectively. The fluorescence is linear from 0 to 16μg/25ml of pb(11) and the detection limit is found to be 2×10μg/ml. The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate analyses of a sample containing 0. 2ug/ml of pb(11) is 0. 37%. The effect of different surfactants and organic solvents on the fluorescence of pb(11)-Morin system was also investigated. It was found that the role of the non -ionic surfactants in the micellar fluorescent reactions was due to the hydrogenbonds actions. van der waals attractions, 'organized medium' effects, the protective and catalyical actions of the micelles.
