摘要
用 EDAX和 SEM研究了熔渣成分和显微组织对气保护不锈钢药芯脱渣性的影响 ,结果表明 ,熔渣中金红石与石英的比例对熔渣的微观组织结构有较大影响。当 Ti O2 / Si O2 约为 6 .0 ,脱渣性最好。当 Ti O2 / Si O2 在 1.6~ 3.2区间变化时 ,脱渣性最差。同时确定了 Ti O2 - Si O2 - Mn O渣系的气保护不锈药芯焊丝的最佳脱渣区。
Effects of composition and microstructure of the slag on the slag detachability of gas-shielded flux-cored wire for stainless steel were studied by means of EDAX and SEM. The results show that the ratio of TiO2/SiO2 has an obvious effect on the slag microstructure. The detachability is excellent when TiO2/SiO2 is 6.0, It is the worst when TiO2/SiO2 is between 1.6-3.2. Finally, the optimum zone of slag detachability of gas shielded flux-cored wire for stainless steel in TiO2-SiO2-MnO slag system is determined.
