花背蟾蜍表皮发生过程中Con A受体的荧光显微镜观察

摘要 本研究以花背蟾蜍的表皮为材料制成石蜡切片,运用Con A-FITC组化染色在荧光显微镜下观察了表皮发生过程中Con A受体的变化。结果表明:从胚胎期由两层细胞组成的表皮向鳞状上皮发育过程中,Con A受体逐渐减少,基膜中的Con A受体逐渐增多,真皮中的Con A受体变化较大。这些变化与皮肤发生过程中细胞的分化及适应陆生生活有关。 The changes of Con A receptors during epidermal development in Bufo raddei strauch were observed by flourescence labelling Con A technique. The results indicated that Con A receptors gradually decreased during epidermal development and in the transformation of basal germinal cells into an exterior cornified layer while Con A receptors increased in basement membrane; the changes of Con A receptors were great in corium. These changes are related with cell differentiation during epidermal development and with the adaptation to continental life.
