越鞠汤治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Yueju Decoction(越鞠汤) on Depression with Apoplexy

采用越鞠汤治疗缺血性中风后抑郁症患者 35例 ,并与阿斯匹林和多虑平治疗 2 5例作对照。结果 :治疗组临床治愈7例 ,显效 16例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率为 91.4 3% ;对照组临床治愈 3例 ,显效 12例 ,有效 6例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 84 .0 0 %。两组总有效率比较无显著差异 (u=0 .796 4 ,P=0 .4 2 5 8) ,治疗前后汉密顿抑郁评分和神经缺损评分有显著差异(P<0 .0 5及 0 .0 1)

Thirty five cases of depression with apoplexy were treated with Yueju Decoction(YD),and it was compared with the control group treated with Aspirin and Dexepin.Result:In the treatment group,7 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 91.43%.In the control group,3 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 84.00%.The difference between the two groups were not significant(P=0 4258)
