中西医结合治疗缺血性中风86例疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Combined TCM and WM on Ischemic Apoplexy,a Report of 86 Cases

采用中西医结合的方法治疗缺血性中风 86例 ,并设单用西药治疗 86例为对照组。结果 :治疗组基本治愈 4 6例 ,显效 2 5例 ,好转 9例 ,无效 6例 ,显效率为 82 .5 6 % ,总有效率为 93.0 2 % ;对照组基本治愈 2 5例 ,显效 2 2例 ,好转 13例 ,无效2 6例 ,显效率 5 4 .6 5 % ,总有效率 6 9.77%。两组显效率、总有效率比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。

Eighty six cases of ischemic apoplexy were treated with combined TCM and WM,and 86 cases only treated with WM were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,46 cases were cured,25 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The marked effective rate was 82.56% and the total effective rate was 93.02%.In the control group,25 cases were cured,22 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 26 cases were ineffective.The marked effective rate was 54.65% and the total effective rate was 69.77%.The difference between the total effective rate and the marked effective rate were significant(P<0 001).
