Research and Development of Database on Static Image Based-character

阐述了特征建模的基本概念 ,并根据格式塔心理学的认知本能特征和信息区域分布特性 ,提出了对静态图像进行特征提取的方法 。

This paper discussed the basic concept of character modeling,and presented a method to extract the character of static image by using Gestalt Psychology and information area distributing. Finally,in this paper,we provided a model of describing the character of static image.
