摘要 目的 了解汽油添加剂甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)的遗传毒性。方法40只健康昆明种成年小鼠,随机分为4组。用甲基叔丁基醚进行灌胃染毒,染毒剂量分别为1 600、400、100和0 me,/kg体重。每天一次,每周5 d,共计40 d,观察其对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和精子畸形率的影响。结果 MTBE染毒各组体重轻度降低,染毒组随剂量增加骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率及精子畸形率增高,高剂量组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);畸形精子形态主要表现为无钩、小头、无定型及尾折叠等改变。结论MTBE对昆明种小鼠具有一定的遗传毒性,能使小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率、精子畸形率增高。 Objective To assess the genetic toxicity of methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), an unleaded gasoline additive.Methods 40 mice were distributed in four groups randomly. The MTBE exposed doses were 1 600,400,100 and 0 rag/kg- bw by gavage daily, five days in a week for 40 days. The change of the marrow micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE) and semina deformity ratio were detected. Results The marrow micronucleus in PCE and semina deformity ratio in MTBE exposed groups were significantly increased, especially in 1 600 mg/kg-bw group ( P < 0.05) . The forms of malformed sperm were non-hook, small head, un-shaped and folded in tail. Conclusion MTBE might have the potential genetic toxicity in mice.
