摘要
目的探讨空调环境对作业工人免疫功能的影响。方法对空调与非空调环境进行空气质量测定,检测作业工人血清免疫球蛋白和补体含量。结果暴露组空气中的甲醛、CO2浓度升高,负离子浓度降低与对照组的差异有显著性(P<0.01);暴露组血清IgG、IgA、IgM、补体C3、C4含量降低与对照组的差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 空调环境空气质量下降,作业工人的某些免疫功能有所下降。
Objective To explore the effects of air conditioning on worker's immune function. Methods The air qualities in the environment of air conditioning and non-air conditioning were assessed, and serum levels of immunoglobulin and complement in workers in both environments were studied. Results Compared with the non-air conditioning environment, the concentrations of formaldehyde and CO2 in air conditioning environment appeared to have significantly increased, while the concentration of anion significantly decreased. The levels of serum IgG, IgA, IgM, and complement Q, Q in exposed group seemed to have decreased with statistical significance . Conclusion It was noted that decreases of immune indices of workers might be associated with the changes of air qualities in air condition environment.
