益气增液颗粒对脾虚泄泻大鼠血清胃泌素及血浆胃动素影响的研究

Effect of Yiqi Zengye Granule on Serum Gastrin and Plasma Motilin in Experimental Model of Spleen-deficiency Diarrhea

目的 :探讨益气增液颗粒对脾虚泄泻 SD大鼠血清胃泌素 (GAS)、血浆胃动素 (MOT)的影响 ;方法 :用放射免疫法测定 2 0 0 %大黄煎液造成的脾虚泄泻 SD大鼠血清 GAS、血浆 MOT的含量。结果 :脾虚模型组大鼠血清 GAS含量低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,阳性对照组和益气增液颗粒中、高剂量组与脾虚模型组相比均 P <0 .0 5 ;益气增液颗粒 3个剂量组与阳性对照组相比均 P >0 .0 5 ;脾虚模型组大鼠血浆 MOT含量明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,阳性对照组和益气增液颗粒 3个剂量组与脾虚模型组相比 P <0 .0 5及 P <0 .0 1;益气增液颗粒高剂量组与阳性对照组相比有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :GAS、MOT含量变化很可能是脾虚泄泻的一项重要的病理生理学改变 ,而益气增液颗粒对脾虚泄泻 SD大鼠 GAS。

Objective: To explore the effect of Yiqi Zengye granule on serum gastrin (GAS) and plasma motilin (MOT) in experimental rat model of spleen deficiency diarrhea (SDD).Methods: Rat model of SDD was induced with cold and bitter herb 200 % rhubarb decoction. The contents of gastrin and motilin were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results:Compared with those of normal group, the contents of GAS and MOT in SDD rats were significantly decreased (P< 0.01 ). Compared with those in the positive group, the contents of GAS and MOT in the three Yiqi Zengye granule groups changed markedly (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion:The study confirmed that the changes in the contents of GAS and MOT would lead to the spleen deficiency diarrhea. Yiqi Zengye granule could obviously adjust the disorder of GAS and MOT.
