摘要
目的 :探讨 p5 3蛋白和bcl 2蛋白共同表达与大肠癌生物学行为的关系。 方法 :应用免疫组织化学染色ABC法检测 p5 3蛋白及bcl 2蛋白在 6 7例大肠癌组织中的表达。结果 :全阴性组和 p5 3阴性bcl 2阳性组的PCNA增殖指数低于 p5 3阳性bcl 2阴性组及全阳性组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。全阳组、p5 3阳性bcl 2阴性组及 p5 3阴性bcl 2阳性组均多呈浸润性生长 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。全阳组浸润深度多至浆膜外 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 )。两种蛋白全阴性组 5年生存率高 (P <0 0 5 )。p5 3和bcl 2蛋白表达与大肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结转移和组织学类型均无统计学意义。结论 :bcl 2蛋白表达对细胞增殖的相关性不大 ,主要是 p5 3蛋白的作用。只要有 1种蛋白表达时大肠癌即多呈浸润性生长 ,两种蛋白全部阳性组浸润深度较深。蛋白全部阴性组的预后较好。提示 p5 3和bcl
Purpose To determine the effect of co expression of p53 and bcl 2 protein on biological behavior in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Immnohistochemical technique (ABC method) was used to detect p53 and bcl 2 protein expression in 67 cases of colorectal carcinoma Results The indexes of PCNA in both p53 and bcl 2 protein negative cases, p53 negative and bcl 2 positive cases were lower than those of p53 positive and bcl 2 negative, co expression of p53 and bcl 2 protein( P< 0 01, P< 0 05) p53 protein and bcl 2 protein positive, p53 positive/bcl 2 negative and p53 negative/bcl 2 positive cancers went on invasive growth more frequently ( P< 0 01, P< 0 05) Most of p53 and bcl 2 protein positive cases had lessions penetrating serous membrane There was high 5 year survival rate in p53 and bcl 2 protein negative cancers( P< 0 05) No correlation was found between both the proteins expression and Dukes stage, lymph node metastases and tumor histologic types Conclusion Expression of p53 and bcl 2 protein may partly reflect biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma
