超声引导下甲状腺细针穿刺细胞学检查的临床应用

Clinical application of fine-needle aspiration cytology of thyroid under ultrasonography

目的:探讨超声引导下细针穿刺甲状腺细胞学诊断在临床的应用价值。方法:在超声引导下手动抽吸甲状腺病变组织和结节143例,行细胞学检查。结果:细胞学诊断结果分为4类:I类,18例,未见足够细胞,无法诊断。II类,113例,良性病变。III类,9例,可疑恶性病变。IV类,3例,恶性病变。结论:超声引导下甲状腺穿刺细胞学是术前诊断甲状腺疾病最可靠的方法,尤其对良、恶性结节的判断。

Objective:To study the clinical value of fine-needle aspiration cytology in thyroid disease under the guidance of ultrasonography.Meth ods:One hundred and forty-three cases of abnormal thyroid tissue and nodules were aspirated under ultrasonography,then cytological diagnosis was performed.Results:There were four types of cytological diagnosis:①Eighteen cases did not have sufficient cells for diagnosing.②One hundred and thirteen cases were benign.③Nine cases were suspected to have malignancy.④Three cases were malignant .Conclu sion:Thyroid ultrasonography with fine-needle aspiration cytology is a most reliable method for diagnosis of thyroid diseases,especially in distinguishing the benign and malignant nodules.
