葆春丸对男性老年人性功能及血清性激素和促性腺激素的调节作用

Regulative effect of Baochun pill on the sex function and sex hormones in male senile patients

目的 观察葆春丸对男性老年人性功能及血清性激素和促性腺激素的调节作用。方法 男性老年人 36例 ,随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 2 0例予葆春丸 ,对照组 16例予安慰剂 ,疗程均 3个月 ,观察 2组性功能指标、血清睾酮 (T)、雌二醇 (E2 )、促卵泡激素 (FSH)及促黄体激素 (LH)。结果 治疗组性功能积分治疗前后比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组治疗前后积分值变化无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,组间比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较 ,T值升高 (P <0 .0 0 1)、E2 值下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组T值、E2值治疗前后变化无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗后 ,组间比较T值及E2 值均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。FSH、LH值治疗前后变化组间比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 葆春丸有促进男性老年人性功能作用 ,对性腺激素有明显的改善调节作用 。

Objective To observe the regulative effect of Baochun pill on the sex function and sex hormones in male senile patients.Methods 36 male old patients were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients in treatment group were treated with Boachun pill; 16 patients in control group were treated with placebo, with a treatment course of three months for both groups. The testosterone (T), estradiol (E 2),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in serum were tested. Results 1.There was a significant difference in sex function score before and after treatment in treatment group (P<0.05);while there was no difference in control group (P>0.05);there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). 2. The T in treatment group was increased (P<0.001);while E 2 was decreased (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in T and E 2 of control group before and after treatment; while the significant difference was found between the two groups. There was no difference in FSH and LH between two groups. Conclusion Baochun pill can improve the sex function of male senile patients and can regulate sex hormones, but which has no regulative effect on gonadotropins.
