摘要
为了测定鸡伤寒—白痢沙门氏菌的生长动力学,用该菌的标准菌株C79—13接种5种液体培养基,于接种后0,4,8,12,16,20,24,36和48小时取材,按标准琼脂平板计数法计算了每ml培养基内的活菌数。结果表明,营养成分和培养时间对本菌的生长繁殖具有明显而强烈的影响。每ml培养基内活菌平均数以接种后4小时最少;以接种后16或20小时最多。本菌的世代时间不是常数,以2号培养基接种后12~16小时最短(18′16″),以4号培养基接种后4~8小时最长(83′20″)。本试验还试图建立本菌生长动力学的数学模型,包括3个直线方程和1个确定性模型。
To determine the growth kinetics of Salmonella gallinarum- pullorum (Sgp), the numbers of viable organisms per ml in media were counted by means of the basic plate counting technique. The Sgp reference strain C79-13 was inoculated into No. 1-5 liquid media and sampled from media at 0,4,8,12,16,20.24,36 and 48 hours after inoculation(AI), respectively. The results indicated that effects of nutritional compositions and incubation hours on the growth and multiplication of Sgp were very obvious and strong. The minimum of viable organisms means per ml in media was found at 4th hour(lag phase) AI; and the maximum, at 16th or 20th hours AI. The generation time was not a constant, the shortest generation time of Sgp(18'16') occured at the period of 12th-16th hour AI in No.2 nutritional broth, and the longest one (83'20') occured at the period of 4th-8th hour AI in No.4 liquid medium. An attempt of estab- lishing the mathematic models of Sgp was made in this experiment, includ- ing 3 linear equations and one determinative model.
