摘要
目的 观察益精赞育汤治疗少精类不育症的临床疗效 ,探讨中医药治疗少精类不育症的机理。方法 将 2 30例少精类不育症患者随机分为治疗组 178例和对照组 5 2例 ,治疗组用益精赞育汤 ,对照组用益肾丸 ,分别对比观察 2组的疗效。结果 治疗组总痊愈率 75 .84 % ,总有效率 95 .5 0 % ;对照组总痊愈率5 3.85 % ,总有效率 71.15 %。 2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 益精赞育汤具有补肾益精、疏肝祛瘀之效 。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yijingzanyu decoction on barrenness caused by spermacrasia. Methods 230 patients with barrenness caused by spermacrasia were randomly divided into two groups. 178 patients in treatment group were treated with Yijingzanyu decotion;52 patients in control group were treated with Yishen pill. The therapeutic effects in both groups were observed. Results The total cure rate was 75.48 % in treatment group and 53.85% in control group ,there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Yijingzanyu decoction is effective in treating barrenness caused by spermacrasia .
