On Probability Point Methad for Dividing Tree Sees Grade

分析了我国林木种籽等级划分中所使用的各种统计方法及其弊端,提出了单指标分级的分布函数概率点定级方法,并论证了此方法的意义、可行性以及结果的唯一性。报导了用此法制定甘肃主要树种等级标准的预期效果,还提出了有关等级划分的一些设想。

Several statistical methods used on the standing crop seeds gr- ade division in our country over a long period of time have been reviewed and the malpractices of these methods have been pointed out in this paper. The probability point method of the distribution function on the standing crop sceds grade division is presented and discussed. The desired results obtained from applying the method to draw up the grade drivision of the main kinds of trees in Gansu province are also reported.
