摘要
用扫描电镜观察研究了甘蓝型油菜(Brassica napus L.)自交不亲和系柱头乳突细胞和花粉粒及其相互识别的形态以及用NaCl溶液处理后的效应。讨论了乳突细胞的结构,用NaCl溶液克服柱头自交不亲和性的理化机理以及花粉粒形态与授粉作用的关系等问题。
The morphology of stigma papilla cells and pollen grains and their interactions in the self-incompatible line of rape(Brassica napus L.) and the effect on stigma papilla cells with NaCl treatment were studied under scanning electron microscope. The micro-structure of stigma papilla, the physiological and biochemical mechanism of overcoming self-incompa- tibility with NaCl solution and the relationship between morphology of pollen grains and pollination are discussed.
