摘要
岗位与工资待遇是困扰大学毕业生就业的一道难题 ,只有积极进行研究 ,找出解决的办法 ,才能帮助学生顺利走上工作岗位。
Position selection and salary treatment are two existing problems in college graduates' obtaining employment. Solution should be made by the joint efforts from society, colleges and students themselves.
