In this article the author gives an introduction of his legislative design about the section of property inheritance of Civil Code. Firstly, the author expounds the status of the property inheritance system in the laws and norms on civil affairs and the legislative styles of legal system of inheritance. Secondly, the article articulates the concrete legislative suggestions on the General Rules, Statutory Inheritance, Inheritance by wills and bequeath and Legacy handling in the section of inheritance.
