学报办得如何 ,与编辑的素质有很大的关系。编辑学者化 ,归根结底就是编辑的终身教育问题。每一个编辑都有接受终身教育的权利和义务。 2 1世纪 ,随着全球化、信息化和现代化形势的发展 ,对作为文化传播者的编辑素质提出了更高的标准和要求 ,编辑原有的素质和知识结构已难以适应发展变化的形势 ,必须随着时代的发展不断地、终身地学习和钻研业务。

There exists a great deal of relation between the quality of the journal and editors' quality. On earth, the scholarization of editors is a matter of life-long education. Each and every editor has the right and obligation to be involved in life-long education. In the 21st century, with the globalization, informationalization and the modernization, a even higher standard and demand for the editors' quality is set. The original quality and knowledge structure of the editors are hardly mating the ever-changing situation. They must continue their studies and perfect special skills all the life long.
