With the advent of new century,many great changes have taken place in the thoughts,ideas,contents and organizational styles of education in our country's universities. As an importtant component of educational work in our higher learning insitutes,students management also confronts unprecedented new conditions, new situation and new tasks. The stereotped models of students management work are hard to meet the needs of the new times. Therefore it is imperative to explore the models of students management work in the new - era universities.
