存活素与泌尿生殖系肿瘤

摘要 存活素 (survivin)是凋亡抑制蛋白 (inhibitionapoptosisprotein ,IAP)家族成员 ,具有独特的蝶形邻结样二聚体结构 ,通过抑制半胱天冬蛋白酶 3和半胱天冬蛋白酶 7(caspase 3,caspase 7)活性而抑制细胞凋亡 ,参与细胞周期调控 ,在泌尿生殖系肿瘤中广泛表达。
