流感病毒监测中一株甲3型变种的发现

DETECTION OF A NEW H3 INFLUENZA VIRUS VARIANT IN SURVEILLANCE.

目的 :了解深圳市宝安区流感病毒的流行情况。方法 :宝安区两家医院临床样本经鸡胚接种和 MDCK细胞培养 ,用血凝试验和血糖抑制试验鉴定。结果 :分离到甲 3型流感病毒 13株 ,阳性率为 15 % ,并且在监测中发现一株甲 3型流感病毒的新变种。结论 :新变种出现可能造成流感流行 。

Objective:To acknowledge the epidemic characteristic of influenza in Bao'an region.Methods:Obtain clinical specimens from 2 hospitals in Baoan region,to those of MDCK cell and egg grown virus,detected and identificated with hemagglutinin reaction and hemagglutinin inhibition teaction.Results:There were 12 H3 influenza viruses,the positive rate was 15%,a new H3 influenza virus variant was found.Conclusions:There is more probability of epidemic with new variant.We must reinforce prevention and control of influenza virus.
