摘要
目的 筛选天然植物红毛七中对主动脉血管有舒张作用的有效成分。方法 采用兔血管细胞膜色谱 (cellmembranechromatography ,CMC)模型筛选 ,液 固柱层色谱法分离 ,并结合离体药理实验确定红毛七中的有效成分。 结果 红毛七正丁醇部位 (HMQ 4)是红毛七中对血管有舒张作用的有效部位 ,而由红毛七正丁醇部位中分离得到的成分 (HMQ 44)则是其有效成分。结论 血管CMC模型基本可以反映活性成分与细胞膜及膜受体的相互作用 。
OBJECTIVE: To screen the effective component of Leontice robustum with vasodilatation. METHODS: The effective component of Leontice robustum was screened by cell membrane chromatography (CMC) and separated by liquid-solid column chromatography. Its pharmacological effect was testified by the trial in vitro. RESULTS: It was found that the n-butanol extracting site of Leontice robustum (HMQ-4) was a effective part and the component (HMQ-44) separated from the part was a active one in vasodilatation. CONCLUSIONS: The interaction between the effective component and the membrane or membrane receptor was reflected in the vascular CMC model. The retention characteristics(capacity factor) of component on the model system was found to have a good correlation with its pharmacological activity in vitro.
