摘要
目的 探讨金银花中绿原酸随产地和物候期的变化规律。方法 用高效液相色谱法对不同产地和物候期样品中绿原酸含量进行了系统分析。结果 绿原酸含量随产地和物候期的变化差异显著。结论 绿原酸的含量变化呈现一定的规律性 。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the phenological variation of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae from different localities. METHODS: Chlorogenic acid in many samples collected with phenological phases and localities were determined by HPLC. RESULT: The content of chlorogenic acid varied remarkably with phenological phases and localities. CONCLUSION: There was certain accumulation regularity of chlorogenic acid in samples, which presented a significant evidence for controlling the quality of genuine crude drug of Flos Lonicerae.
