摘要
目的 研究人参加工品中精氨酸衍生物———精氨酸双糖苷 (AFG)和精氨酸果糖苷 (AF)的定量方法。方法 供试品用甲醇提取 ,弃去甲醇液 ,残渣用水浸提 ,提取液点于硅胶H薄层板上 ,以正丁醇 醋酸 水 (4∶1∶5)上层为展开剂展开 ,晾干 ,喷0 .2 %茚三酮乙醇溶液 ,1 1 0℃烤板 ,显色后用玻璃盖住 ,四周用胶布密封 ,用CS - 930型薄层扫描仪扫描 ,λS=51 0nm ,λR=685nm。结果 本方法平均回收率AFG为 97.68% ,AF为 98.72 %。RSD(n =5)AFG为 2 .85 % ,AF为 3 .2 6 %。结论 结果显示该方法快速、简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好。
OBJECTIVE: To study the method of quantitative analysis of arginine derivatives-AFG and AF in ginseng prouducts after processing. METHOD: The sample was extracted by methyl alcohol and then the residue was extracted by water. The extractive solution was dripped on the silic gel H plate and developed by n-butanol-acetic acid-water (4: 1: 5). Ethylalcohol containing 0.2% ninhydrin solution was spraied on the H plates after dried in the air. The plate was dried at 110°C then covered by glass plate after showing coloures and hermetically sealed in rubberized fabric, and scanned with Cs-930 TLC. RESULTS: The average recovery of AFG and AF was 97.68% and 98.72% respectively. RSD(n = 5) of AFG and AF were 2.85% and 3.26% respectively. CONCLUSION: It showed that this method was quick, simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine arginine derivatives in ginseng products after processing.
