摘要
目的 对中药旋复花中旋复花内酯进行含量测定。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,SpherisorbODS柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (40∶55) ,检测波长 :2 1 0nm。结果 旋复花内酯线性范围 7.984～ 1 59.7μg·mL- 1 ,r =0 .9998,平均回收率 97.4% ,RSD1 .4%。结论 本测定方法简便、准确 。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the determination of inunolide in herb by RP-HPLC. METHODS: The chromatographic condition included Spherisorb ODS colunm and the mobile phase consisting of a methanol-water (40:55). The detection wavelength was at 210 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve was linear over the range of 7.984-159.7 μg·mL-1 with the correlation coefficient 0. 999 8. The average recovery was 97.4%. The method precision(RSD) was 1.5%. CONCLUSION: The assay of i-nunolide was found to be simple and accurate.
