静脉丙种球蛋白佐治肾病综合征疗效观察

Observation of the effect of IVIG on kidney disease syndrome

目的:观察静脉用丙种球蛋白(IVIG)对肾病综合征(NS)的疗效。方法:在激素基础上对治疗组20例加用IVIG治疗,并与对照组比较。结果:治疗组20例中激素完全控制13例,部分敏感6例,耐药1例,近期有效率95.0％,对照组21例近期有效率61.9％。治疗组4周后血IgG水平明显升高,与对照组相比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:IVIG联合激素治疗NS可缩短病程,提高激素敏感性。

Objective: Observe the curative effect of IVIG on NS. Method: NSs were added to 20 cases in the freeching group treated on the basis of hormone and then comparision was made. Result: of these 20 cases totally controlled in hormoney, partly sensitive in 6 caes, none- effective in one case, then effective in cidence was 95% in short term, while only 61. 9% in control group of other 21cases 4 weeks after the treatment in blood IgG rose obviously treatment group and turned out a remarkable different to the control group ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: IVIG unite hormone treating NS can shorten the course of disease and raise the hormone sensitiveness.
