更昔洛韦治疗儿童病毒性脑炎疗效考察

Clinical investagation of ganciclovir's effects on children with acute viral encephalitis

目的:观察更昔洛韦治疗儿童病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法:60例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组静脉滴注更昔洛韦10 mg/(kg·d),对照组利巴韦林氧气驱动吸入20 mg/(kg·d)。结果:治疗组临床症状、脑脊液细胞数、脑电图恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:更昔洛韦可用于治疗病毒性脑炎,疗效优于利巴韦林。

Objectives: To observe the clinical curative effects of ganciclovir on children with acute viral encephalitis. Methods: 60 cases with acute viral encephalitis were divided into treatment group with ganciclovir (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). 10 mg/(kg·d) ganciclovir were given intravenously in the treatment group and 20 mg/(kg·d) ribavirin were given in the way of ultrasonic oxygen driving in the control group. Results: The clinical symptoms, cell levels in CSF, and EEC were improved faster in the treatment group than those in the control one ( P < 0. 01). Conclusions: The clinical effects of ganciclovir on children with acute viral encephalitis are better than those of ribovirin.
