摘要
介绍了小型多用途燃油燃烧器的结构和工作原理 ,提出了燃烧器系统设计的方法、步骤 ,并进行了样机的试验。试验结果表明 ,按所述方法设计并试制的燃烧器具有热效率高、排放低、工作稳定等特点。
The working principle and composition of a small sized burner were introduced, and the theoretical basis and choosing principle for determinations of the main parameters for the fuel system, the combustion system, the heat exchange system and the control system were put forward. The testing results of the trial manufactured burner show that the thermal efficiency of the burner can reach 80% or more, and the level of the exhaust pollution is low. This type of burner can meet the needs of the desiccation, heat preservation and drying used in the industrial and agricultural production.
