摘要
在带载和空载两种状态下 ,通过对活塞式挤奶机活塞位移、奶杯壁间室真空度和压力、球阀开启和关闭时刻的测试 ,分析了奶杯壁间室真空度和压力分别与真空泵活塞位移的变化规律及球阀开启和关闭时间对壁间室真空度和压力的影响 ;通过分析研究活塞式挤奶机在不同球阀组合情况下的真空度、压力、节拍比、最大和最小真空时相比 ,最终获得了活塞式挤奶机 4组最佳球阀匹配。
Four group optimal matching of ball valves of a piston milking machine were obtained by means of measuring and analyzing the pressure and vacuum of the pulsation chamber of teat cup, the opening and closing times of a ball valve,the displacement of piston, the pulsation ratios, the maximum and minimum vacuum phase ratios. Based on these measuring results, some affecting factors for above parameters were obtained.
