关于汉语拼音方案设计的几点看法

针对汉语拼音方案设计存在的问题 ,这里讨论了o与uo、ong与ueng、i几个韵母的分合与标写问题。指出可从音系和拼写两个层面处理汉语拼音方案。音系层面以音位划分为标准 ,拼写以简省为原则。

Around Chinese Pinyin,we,here,discuss the separation and conbination of the vowels of 'o' and 'uo','ong'and'ueng',and'i'as well as its writing.It shows that we should deal with the Chinese Pinyin from the phonetic phonology and writing.Phonetic phonology will take the standard of phoneme,while the writing the principle of conciseness.
