A Brief Discussion of the Laws of Political Administration of the CCP

不断深化对共产党执政规律的认识 ,是江泽民根据新时期新形势提出的重要课题。共产党执政规律的主要内容是 :必须坚持“三个代表”重要思想 ;坚持解放思想 ,实事求是的思想路线 ;坚持不断创新 ;坚持从实际出发 ,把理想与实际统一起来 ,致力于解决人民群众关心的重大现实问题 ;坚持以经济建设为中心 ,推动社会全面进步 ;坚持把依法治国与以德治国相结合 ;坚持从严治党 。

It is an important topic put forward by Jiang Zhe-ming in the new era that everyone should make a further recognition of the political administration laws of the CCP. The major contents of the political administration laws consist of sticking to the 'three deputies', to the down-to-earth route, to the principle of creation and of uniting ideal with practice. It is also included in the contents that we should focus on the economic construction and that we should stick to the unity of ruling the country by virtues and ruling the country by laws and that we should run our party strictly and at the same time we should take advantage of the scientific experiences of constructing parties abroad.
