摘要
本文应用辅助角方法,对传统的按许用传动角γ设计正置式曲柄摇杆机构的解析法作了改进和发展,使解决同时带有两个辅助条件的设计问题更简捷、直接。此外,还发现和揭示出了机构杆长和、最小传动角随辅助角β变化而变化的规律。
By applying auxiliary angle method, this paper makes the improvement and development of the traditional analytic method for designing upright- put crank- rocker mechanism in accordance with allowable transmission angle. And it makes,the solution to design problems with two auxiliary conditions easier and more direct. In addition, this paper discovers and reveals the inherent law that the sum of pole length and minimum transmission angle vary according to the variation of auxiliary angle β.
