Determination of EPA and DHA in Fish Oil by Capillary Gas Chromatography

内标与外标相结合定量，毛细管柱气相色谱分析测定深海鱼精油中EPA．DHA的含量回收率为99．7％～100．51％、变异系数为2．49％～3．65％

Quantitalive analysis was carried out with the internal and the exernal standard method. EPA and DHA in fish oil were determinated by capillary gas chromtograph. Recovry were 99. 71 100. 51 % . RSD were 2. 19 3. 65 %. The results showed that this method is accurate and reproducible.
