The Relationship between Biological Characteristics and Isozyme of Yizhu Pear

摘要 依主梨有三种果型:细皮细肉中果型,细皮细肉大果型和粗皮粗肉特大果型[1].文章首次报道三种果型依主梨在主要分布点依主村的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶同工酶表现情况,发现不同果型依主梨在相同生境下其酶活性、Rf值及酶带数均有差异.说明不同果型依主梁基因型不同,从而形成相应的果实品质. There are three kinds of fruit type's Yizhu pears: the delicate-skinned and delicate-pulped type of medium size, the delicate-skinned and delicate-pulped type of big size, and the coarse-skinned and coarsedpulped type of exceptionally larg size.In thes paper, author reports first the peroxidase isozyme and polyphenol oxidase of Yizhu pear over its mainly distributive area. It shows tha the Rfs、activities and num-ber of the peroxidase isozyme and polyphenol oxidase isozyme of different kind of fruit type's Yizhu pear in same envirorument are different. From this, the genetypes of different kind of fruit type's Yizhu pears are different and result in their different fruit characeristics.
