My Viewpoints on Converting Weaks Students at Vocational and Technical CoUege

在学校学生管理工作中,后进生转化是班主任工作的重要环节,也是一项难度极大的工作。虽然后进生的发生原因及其表现形式复杂,但也存在一定的规律。实践证明,只要我们能掌握其规律,运用正确得当的方法,大多数后进生是可以通过教育或矫治转化的。

To be a teacher in charge of a class, how to work on the convertion of weak students is always a hard job and it is always put at a very important point. Complicated as the causes and showings of weak students, there are still certain rules around them. It has been proved in practices that if only the rules be found and suitable methods applied, most weak students can be certainly converted.
