本文简略讨论了双端小功率金属卤化物灯外玻壳的封口工艺 ,介绍了其半自动封口机的工作原理、结构布置及关键技术。在此设计的基础上稍加改动 。

This paper discusses the quartz crust sealing technology of the double\|ends metal halide lamp (D\|MHL) with small power. Base on this theory, a half\|automatic quartz tube sealing machine, including its principles, constitutions and key techniques, is introduced. It can also serves as an arc tube sealing machine with middle power by modifying the design appreciably.
