摘要
侯马发电厂新建 2台机组 ,拟利用城市污水深度处理后作电厂循环冷却水。侯马市城市污水水质复杂 ,为确保成功地应用Bio -Sac流动床生物膜与石灰混凝及过滤的深度处理侯马市城市污水 ,使出水能满足电厂循环冷却水的水质要求 ,在现场进行了小型试验。试验结果表明 :污水BOD5的去除率接近 10 0 % ;化学耗氧量CODcr低于 2 0mg/L ;氨氮为 1mg/L左右 ;出水经过滤器后的浊度值低于 0 .5FTU ;磷的去除率接近 10 0 %。城市污水经流动床生物膜与石灰相结合的深度处理后 ,可用于电厂循环冷却水补充水。
It has been planned for 2 units to be built newly in Houma Power Plant to use urban wastewater to be treated deeply as the circulation cooling water of the plant. The urban water quality of the city is very complex. In order to ensure successful application of Bio-Sac floating bed biological membrane with lime mixture coagulation and filter for deep treatment of the urban waste water and the water production can meet the requirement of water quality for circulating cooling water in the plant, the test with small size has been made on site. The test results indicate that the removal rate of waste water BOD 5 is close to 100%; chemical oxygen consumption COD cr is lower than 20 mg/L; amino-nitrogen about 1mg/L; turbidity value of water after filtering lower than 0.5 FTU; removal of phosphorus close to 100%. The urban wastewater after deep treatment through the floating bed biological membrane in combination with lime can be used for make-up water of circulating cooling of power plant.
