摘要 系统研究了影响光盘机械系统轴向偏摆的各分量对总偏摆的影响 ,建立了光盘机械系统轴向偏摆的数学模型并进行了数值计算 根据计算结果 ,提出了对各测量方法的基本测量要求 分析了几种有代表性的测量方法的优缺点并重点研究了它们各自的测量精度 ,提出了一种全新的基于激光三角法的测量方法 The factors that influence the axial deflection are analyzed thoroughly in this paper Based on the analysis, the mathematical model of axial deflection of the optical disks is built up The requirement that should be met for all the measuring methods are proposed Some existing measuring methods are studied from the viewpoint of precision A novel measuring method based on the laser triangle method is proposed Finally, the measuring results and the results analysis are also given
