It is America Department of Defense Technical Reference Model(DOD TRM)that describes the global tech-nologies of open system environment in network times.And it is a correct guide for adopting standard technologies,de-veloping system architecture and exploiting new technologies.This article introduces the specific contents of America De-partment of Defense Technical Reference Model,then an architecture of CALS based on the reference model is built.
