摘要
论文提出了一个窗口驱动的数据逆向工程技术。该技术根据系统运行时与操作员的交互及相应窗口界面,挖掘系统原有数据库的概念数据模型,为缺少文档等相关原始材料的传统系统提供了一种数据逆向工程的方法。选择对象模型来表示概念数据模型,可大大地减少传统系统重建新的信息体系结构所带来的思维模式转变的内在困难。
In this paper,the authors propose a Form Driven Data Reverse Engineering Methodology.It is to extract con-ceptual data schema of legacy database by the only information of form structure and interactions with a user.For those legacy applications without any document ,it gives them a chance to data reverse engineer their applications.Choosing OO model to describe conceptual data schema will greatly decrease the inherent difficulty in changing the way of thinking when reconstructing a new data architecture.
