摘要
研究不同环境条件下高温蘑菇“夏菇 93”和杂交菌株D3 在斜面培养基上菌丝聚集体及原基的形成。结果表明 ,高温蘑菇菌丝聚集体和原基形成的适宜温度为 2 5~ 31℃ ,最适温度为 2 8℃ ;最适pH为 6 .0~ 6 .5 ;一定的温差刺激能促进斜面菌落菌丝聚集体和原基的提早形成 ;原基和菌丝聚集体形成只需极少的通气量。
A trial was conducted to determine effects of environmental condition on formation of primordia and mycelial congeries of high temperature tolerant strains of Agaricus bitorquis 'Xiagu 93' and hybrid strain D 3 in culture medium. The results indicate that the appropriate temperature for primordia and mycelial congeries formation is at 25-31℃ with the optimum temperature of 28℃. It is observed that difference in temperature can promote formation of primordia and mycelial congeries. The optimal pH value for the formation of primordia and mycelial congeries is 6.0-6.5. Primordia and mycelial congeries formation requires less fresh air.
