通过对衰减方程进行求导，然后再积分的方法，推导得到了衰减方程参数之间的关系：b=ac，由此提出了一种求解方程参数的新方法，该方法克服了传统采用近似法确定衰减方程参数的不足，具有简单，方便，快速，精确的特点，经实际算例验证表明，方法是有效的，可靠的，易于被油气藏工作者掌握和使用。

The relation among the parameters of the attenuation equation is obetaned:b = ac, through deriving first then integrating to the attenuation equation. Therefore,a new method to get the parameters is offered which overcomes the problem of the traditional approximation method and has the feature of simplification, convenience and accuracy. It is proved by the practical example that the method is effective, reliable and to be adopted easily.
