摘要
针对常规定量金相法测定材料相体积分数存在的诸多不足 ,本文运用计算机的图像处理技术 ,研究一种科学、合理的相体积分数测定方法。将金相图像数字化处理 ,经程序运算 ,确定合适的阈值后得到了较好的结果。证实了该方法的可行性。
As for the many shortages of normal quantification of metal image,a scientific method to quantify phase volume fraction was proposed.With the aid of image manipulation technique,metal image was transformed digital by some special program,then a good result was achieved.It verified the feasibility of the present method.
