摘要
研究了热处理工艺对铸造 3Cr2 Mo WVNi热锻模具钢冲击韧度和硬度的影响 ,结果表明 :试验钢在 10 5 0℃淬火 ,6 5 0℃回火下 ,冲击韧度和硬度达到最佳值 ,分别为 72 .3J/ cm2 和 34.5 HRC。在最佳热处理工艺下 ,经 RE- Nb变质处理的试验钢的冲击韧度较未变质处理的试验钢有明显提高。
The effects of heat treatment process on impat toughness and hardness of the cast 3Cr2MoWVNi hot-work die steel was studied.The result shows that the impact toughness and hardness of the cast hot-work die steel reaches the best value (72.3 J/cm 2;34.5 HRC) when the steel is quenched at 1050℃ and tempered at 650℃.And with modifying treatment the impact toughness of the cast hot-work die steel has been improved greatly.
